REQUIREMENTS AND DEMAND MANAGEMENT
ISI’s services included: development of processes, standards, best practices and tools to increase the operational maturity; designing and re-engineering business processes; defining business rules and requirements; developing change initiatives; developing new templates, tools and techniques.
ENTERPRISE LIFE CYCLS (ELC)
ISI provided strategic consulting on program management disciplines, project support for usability and tailoring standards for the ELC, development and maintenance of the ELC website and implemented a re-engineered Iterative Path to meet the needs of Agile-like IT development projects.
CADE 2 (Customer Account Data Engine Phase 2)
ISI’s services included: developing and documenting the current and future state business design for Transition State 1 (TS1) Daily Processing, Database Implementation and Transition State 2 (TS2) Business Design.
