Description of Work Performed:

- ISI is supporting the Office of Information Technology (OIT) with technical and functional expertise in the documentation of the current enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of:
- Target architectures
- Sequencing and transition plans
- EA structures including an EA repository and associated tools
- ISI supports all four areas of the SEC’s EA program: process, content, structure and organization management. ISI personnel work with SEC EA personnel to develop and update EA “work products” such as documents, presentations, models, operating procedures and training materials for the repository and associated tools.
- SEC has adopted the Troux/Metis tool for their EA implementation. ISI configured and installed both the Metis client and repository tool set. The current architecture was completed in Dec 2005 and is being migrated to the repository. The “as-is” reports are published to the WEB for EA information dissemination. As a precursor to developing the Target Architecture,
ISI is currently developing the SEC’s Concept of Operations (ConOps - 2008 and 2015).
