Description of Work Performed:

Integrated Systems is providing IV&V services across a broad range of programmatic, management and technical aspects of the US-VISIT Program. The scope of the IV&V activity encompasses reviews of all aspects of the program, from acquisition planning through deployment, including:

- Technical planning & Solution Implementation:

In addition to identifying and pursuing critical issues, ISI supports a broad range of analytical work, as follows:
- Evaluate system engineering and architecture products and processes; verify plans, programs, documents and disciplines, which include system architecture plans, procurement documents, etc.
- Assist risk management through independent assessments that identify, analyze, track, and control program risks in technology, performance, schedule and cost.
- Track standards compliance to assess conformance and determine whether established standards, processes, and procedures are implemented
- Independently review and assess the program plan and efforts, considering and evaluating program approach, risks, path, timeline and costs.
- Identify additional issues, independently identifying processes and products that are candidates for further IV&V scrutiny.
- Provide independent advice and provide recommendations for the resolution of process or product issues consistent with IV&V analysis and assessments.
- Evaluate the adequacy of testing processes prior to deliverable acceptance.
