Information Assurance (IA)
|
- The review and development of the new integrated and more comprehensive policy, procedure and instruction for DOE publishing information relevant to the Nuclear Waste Repository
- Development of an integrated process model that reflected the legacy products, new technical and non-technical products and like items for review, approval, remediation, redaction or publication

Cyber Security (CS) Planning
|
- Review, Gap Analysis and recommendations for the current plans, policies, structure and approaches to the new DOE-directed plans based on prior efforts within OCRWM OCIO (OIRM).
- Consolidation of a number of policies and processes for DOE HQ and staff/contractor site and personnel unification and consistency.
- Development the new Program Cyber Security Plan for DOE OCRWM as a whole
- Development of an integrated consolidated policy and process document, also embodying and recommending best practices, for all general CyberSec related policies consistent with the Baseline Security Requirements, and unify the various efforts of field sites, DOE and contractor organizations
- Real-time updates of all documents to reflect literally weekly issuance of new DOE guidance on such things as wireless systems, remote access, and cryptographic requirements, among others;
- Model Education and Training course elements for use in subsequent updates.
