- Developed & delivered Executive Project Management training sessions for the government of the US Virgin Islands
- Designed, developed & delivered high performance team training sessions on Executive Project Management for senior government officials of the US Virgin Islands (Senators & Cabinet level officials)
- Provided tools & techniques to Senior Management to meet project objectives on schedule, enhance existing skills pertaining to meetings, schedules & control techniques & increase ability to assemble project teams & make project organization decisions, establish effective schedule control systems, make effective schedule/performance tradeoffs, & sustain project momentum
- Conducted an assessment of over 60 Information Technology (IT) professional applicants for Windows 2000 Network Engineering Courses in St. Croix & St. Thomas
- Interviewed, tested, analyzed & evaluated the IT skills of potential class attendees

- Documented Network Installation, Configuration, Implementation & Maintenance Procedures of Division of Personnel’s (DOP) system migration. Documentation included recommendations for IP addresses, Disaster Recovery plans, Network Security & End-user Support
- Provided training on design, development & creation of User Manuals for over 1000 on-site & off-site users focusing on layout, functionality & document validity. (Documentation created in PowerPoint, PDFs & HTML depending on users access)
