Vacation
|
Vacation time off with pay is available to Regular full time employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. The amount of paid vacation time employees receives each year increases with the length of their employment. Eighty hours (ten days) are offered in the first year.
|

Company Paid Holidays
|
Integrated Systems offers 10 holiday’s to all employees as listed and described below:
Six recognized holidays:
New Year's Day (January 1)
Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4)
Labor Day (first Monday in September)
Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November
Christmas (December 25)

AND, four additional floating days agreed upon by the employee, client and/or Integrated Systems.

Paid Personal Days Off
|
Two personal days off per calendar year, i.e., two days agreed upon by Integrated Systems employee and his/her supervisor or additional client-designated days.
|
|
Paid Sick Leave
|
Eligible employees will accrue sick leave benefits at the rate of five days per year (.42 of a day for every full month of service).
|
|
Life Insurance and Health Care Benefits
|
The company has competitive programs for:

Retirement Plan
|
- 401K - This plan will allow you to contribute up to $15,500 per year if you are less than 50 years of age or $20,500 per year if you are greater than 50 years of age. The company will be matching dollar to dollar for the first 3% of the employee gross salary contributed and 50 cents on the dollar for the next 2% of employee gross salary contributed. In effect, if an employee contributes 5% of their gross salary then the company will match 4% of the employee gross salary.
