Ms. Indrani Seetharam is the founder and CEO/President of Integrated Systems Inc. She has a Masters degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins. She has more than 20 years of experience in Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Reengineering, Vision and Strategy, Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Requirements Analysis, Application Architecture, Application Design and Development.
She has expertise in several full life cycle methodologies such as the Enterprise Life Cycle, implemented at the IRS; Catalyst, implemented at CSC; and WSDDM, implemented at IBM. She is adept with frameworks such as Zachman, FEAF, and TEAF. She has excellent communication skills, honed by conducting workshops, and making top-notch technical presentations to clients, executives, and senior management.
As a result of her extensive experience working with various customers, she is client-focused. She has a complete understanding of the business needs of customer organizations in today’s complex information technology environment. As the head of a small, disadvantaged business, she practices skilled corporate and program management, and recognizes the need for simplicity and agility in the marketplace.ISI have a staff of 35 and current revenues are in the $5 million range

Mr Seetharam Sampath serves as the COO/CFO for ISI. He has BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MBA in Finance from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, MS degree in Computer Science from Villanova University, PA
He has Twenty-Three years of experience in Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, Requirements Analysis, Application Architecture, Application Design and development and Project Management.
He has extensive experience in managing numerous system design/development and conversion activities on a wide range of applications including financial systems, production planning and inventory control, real estate management, equipment service tracking, and hospital information systems. He has provided Strategic Technology Visioning Road Maps and integration Strategy to achieve Client Business Goals.
With his technical expertise, financial background and Federal Govt. contracts expertise he brings together a unique set of skills to provide the leadership to ISI.

Company Secretary: Mr. Srinath |
Mr. Srinath serves as the Secretary for ISI. He has a B. Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and MS degree in Computer Science from Villanova University, PA
He started his career as a data processing supervisor for a medical facility and then moved up rapidly onto becoming a technical expert for various government projects. Later he became a technical project adviser for a government agency. For the last twelve years, he is a senior management consultant who manages and does strategic planning for a physician practice. He built the entire offshore team in Chennai, India. He came up with innovative ways to manage the practice by creating and implementing custom software and supplanting that with adequate back office services support from Chennai. Today the medical practice has become an efficient organization and the innovation continues. Recognizing that the talent is hard to come by, he is in charge of recruitment training and overall infrastructure improvement for the entire ISI.

Senior Vice President: Ms. Ann Howell |
Ms. Ann Howell, Senior Vice President of Integrated Systems Inc, recently joined the company bringing over 32 years of leadership experience in government acquisition and business development to the company. Ann is a detail and result oriented Senior Executive that is known for her visionary uniqueness and diversity in acquisition strategy that result in creating innovative approaches to consistently achieve growth and success. Ann's successes have been nationally recognized by the Small Business Administration whereas she earned the 2005 National Leadership Award recognizing her gifted contributions and sincere dedication to assisting small businesses gain access to federal government contracts through new forums of knowledge sharing and networking. Ann embraces the philosophy of total enterprise engagement in acquisition, consensus building, and shared knowledge. She is a solution innovator that quickly identifies and diagnoses problems and growth impediments that go beyond selling to the government, marketing, working with companies to refine organization structure, product lines, sourcing, sales channels, and marketing position. Ann has received numerous awards and special recognition for her gifted contributions and sincere dedication in providing leadership to both federal and priviate sectors over the years. Such awards received are: Superior Civilian Service Award, SBA Administrator Leadership Award, Navy Gold Star,Navy Small Business Specialist of the Year 2005, DOD Special Achievement Award, Meritorious Civilian Service Award, SPAWAR Lighting Bolt and Employee of the Quarter Award and Federal Employee of the Year 2001.
Ms. Ann is a member of numerous professional organizations that include: National Contract Management Association, Senior Advisor, South Carolina CIO Government and Industry Council, Senior Advisor, Tidewater Government Industry Council, NDIA, AFCEA, Charleston Defense Contractor’s Association, SCORE, and Chamber of Commerce, Charleston Women’s Business Center. Ann received her B.A. in Elementary Education from SMU, Masters Degree in Government Acquisition from George Washington University and is a Certified Level III Acquisition Professional.
